Our Story

Cedar Lake Foundation was established in 1970 by dedicated parents in the Louisville area who sought a brighter future for their loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the years, it has evolved into Kentucky's largest private provider of residential and community-based services, offering a spectrum of support from 24-hour care to semi-independent living.

Currently, Cedar Lake Foundation supports over 254 individuals across 31 properties in three counties, ensuring they receive essential services that enhance their quality of life and promote community integration.
