California ETEC was established in 2003 to promote the attraction of international students to the United States. As the first education consortium focused on overseas student recruitment, it has developed partnerships with key U.S. and foreign governments.
CA ETEC has coordinated internationalization strategies for over 150 U.S. institutions, facilitating recruitment and engagement for more than 75 schools. Its efforts have been recognized by the Obama Administration.
Donations support the expansion of international student recruitment and the development of educational programs that benefit both U.S. institutions and international students.
