Our Story

Founded in 1935, the Community Planning & Advocacy Council (C.P.A.C.) has become a cornerstone in the fight for social, racial, and economic justice in Camden County. Originally established to create a Community Chest for local social service agencies, C.P.A.C. has evolved into the Human Services Advisory Council, collaborating with over 300 agencies to meet community needs and enhance residents' quality of life.

Our Impact

C.P.A.C. has effectively mobilized community resources and partnerships to tackle pressing social issues. By overseeing millions in funding for mental health and homeless services, the organization has significantly improved service delivery systems, enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and families in Camden County.
