Our Story
The Border AIDS Partnership was established in 1994 through a collaboration between the El Paso Community Foundation and the US/Mexico Border Health Association. This initiative was born out of a pressing need to address the HIV/AIDS crisis affecting the region. Over the years, it has transformed into a bi-national and tri-state collaborative, dedicated to funding education and prevention activities related to HIV/AIDS in El Paso, Southern New Mexico, and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
