Founded in 1973 by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington, Bloomington Developmental Learning Center has evolved to meet the needs of the community. Since separating from the church in 1975, BDLC has expanded its services and facilities, focusing on the emotional, social, and educational development of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
