The Beaufort-Jasper YMCA of the Lowcountry, chartered in 1990, opened its doors in June 1996. This community-focused organization welcomes individuals of all ages, races, religions, incomes, and abilities. With a commitment to the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, the YMCA encourages everyone to embrace these principles. Serving approximately 10,000 individuals annually, the YMCA is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for all.
