Our Story

Founded in 1986 as Oregon Employment Services Corporation, Abilities at Work is dedicated to partnering with businesses in Portland’s tri-county area. The organization focuses on helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities secure meaningful employment opportunities.

Impact

Since inception, Abilities at Work has successfully served over 200 individuals and collaborated with more than 75 local businesses, fostering sustainable employment for those traditionally excluded from the workforce.
