Founded in 2016 by Janell Moody, 9 Lives Rescue Inc is dedicated to rescuing homeless, abused, and unwanted cats in South Central Wisconsin. Operating on a foster-based model, the organization relies on compassionate volunteers who provide loving care until these cats find their forever homes.
