Our Story
In February 2017, Jill Zebrowski Cichowicz faced an unimaginable loss when her twin brother succumbed to Fentanyl poisoning. In her quest to transform grief into action, she established the Scott Zebrowski Scholarship Fund in collaboration with The McShin Foundation, a Richmond-based addiction treatment center. The inaugural fundraiser, "A Night For Scott," raised over $28,000, significantly enhancing awareness about Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and aiding program participants in their recovery journeys. Since then, Jill's unwavering commitment has helped raise more than $75,000, culminating in the dedication of a men's program house in memory of Scott on June 24, 2019, honoring the family's impactful contributions to the recovery community.
